Ways to Make a Payment

Pay in eBranch

Use eBranch Mobile & Online Banking to make a payment from one of your existing ICCU accounts, transfer funds from an account at another financial institution, or set up recurring automatic transfers.

Quick Payments lets you transfer money from another financial institution to pay your ICCU loan. You can use your bank account number or debit card, and you can also set future payment reminders or schedule recurring payments online from desktop or mobile. Quick Payments are processed through ICCU’s partner site iccu.lenderpayments.com.

If you prefer to make a payment over the phone, call 1-800-456-5067 and ICCU can help. Fee may apply.

How to Make a Loan Payment in eBranch

To make a loan payment in eBranch:

  1. Sign into eBranch
  2. Go to Transfer & Pay > Transfers
  3. Select the From Account and To Account
  4. Choose the Payment Type
  5. Set the date and frequency
  6. Add a memo if you want
  7. Select Review Transfer before you submit the payment.

If you want to set up a monthly automatic loan payment, choose Monthly under frequency and set a series ends date for when the automatic payment should stop.

Payment Types by Loan Type

Payment type options can vary depending on the loan.

  • Auto, RV, motorcycle, and signature loans: Regular, Amount Due, Principal Only, Other
  • Mortgage loans: Regular, Principal Only
  • HELOCs: Minimum Due, Paydown, Principal Only, Other
  • Visa credit cards: Current Balance, Last Statement Balance, Other, Minimum Due
  • PLOCs: Minimum Due, Paydown, Principal Only, Other

If you are not sure which payment type to use, contact ICCU before submitting the payment.an payment, choose Monthly under frequency and set a series ends date for when the automatic payment should stop.

Set Up Recurring or Automatic Payments

Recurring payments can be set up in eBranch when you want a payment to happen on a schedule instead of making it manually each time. In the transfer flow, choose the payment frequency and payment date, then review and submit the transfer. For monthly automatic loan payments, choose Monthly and select a series ends date.

This is a good option if you want to keep payments on track without having to log in each month.

When to Use eBranch vs Quick Payments

Use eBranch when you want to make a payment from an existing ICCU account, transfer from another financial institution inside online banking, or set up recurring automatic transfers. Use Quick Payments when you want to pay an ICCU loan from another financial institution using ICCU’s partner payment site. Quick Payments also supports debit card payments, future reminders, and recurring online payment scheduling.

Late Payment Help

If your payment is late, don’t panic. In eBranch, if the next payment has already been generated, select Amount Due to cover both the past-due payment and the current payment. Late fees may also apply and are assessed in addition to the regular payment after any applicable grace period.
