How to Send Money to Another ICCU Member
To send money to another ICCU member in eBranch:
- Sign into eBranch
- Go to Transfer & Pay > Transfers
- Select Add Account (on desktop, this can be found under More Actions)
- Choose Link to another ICCU Member’s account to send them money
- Enter the other member’s last name or business name
- Choose a verification method, with account number listed as the best option
- Save the account for future use and add a nickname if you want.
- Once saved, you can transfer funds to that member the same way you transfer between your own ICCU accounts.
Set Up Recurring Transfers
Keep in mind that both you and the other member need to be enrolled in eBranch to use this feature. You can transfer to another member’s loan account as a principal-only payment, but transfers to credit card accounts are not supported. You will not be able to see the other member’s account balance or other account details. If you ever need to remove a saved member account, go to Settings > Accounts, find the shared account, and select the trash can icon.
